Haha, Sam almost beat me, either she is strong or I really need to start working out... but as far as beating you in a snowball fight goes, I may not be able to make a snowball, but I am sure I could still beat you.

Well come on, how much do you weigh? I could just sit on you and squish you. Also I used to play softball (however my aim was absolutely horrible and still is) and every once and awhile I get the perfect shot. And...I'm mean so I would definitely kick your ass.

hating it in general is kinda being anti-social and emo So emo. Well you know when I am free, just give me a call and I will leave you whiter than Jeremy Beta. Hahahah. As for the topic - there's nothing any one can do about it. If Jordan ever wants to change, that's something he'll have to do himself.

Well your life isn't horrible, in fact your life is better than the majority of the people in the world, so the fact that you can complain about how your life sucks and you want to die really makes me mad because you're so fortunate to live in a country that's not stricken by poverty, famine, disease, etc. It's actually quite selfish of you to to sit there and complain. You should be happy that you have such a great life, maybe it's not as great as some people's lives, but it's much better than most. I have to admit I am guilty of using this sort of argument in the past because it seems pretty valid when looking at it.
But it's just kinda broad to me. I mean with an argument like that, it's saying that nobody can ever complain ever because "Hey somebody is worse than you so shut up."
Well that's well and all but since when is this a competition. Naturally humans try to show how tough they are, but it seems they also try to show their burdens and grieves by masses too, it's silly.
"Oh I have this and this to sulk about and worry of" "OH YEAH well I have THIS and THIS! to worry about!" "Yeah okay who cares, I didn't say this is a freaking contest of patheticness."
Congratulations, you are the worst off.
That is what is called a pity-whore.
I know this because I have stunning knack for being the biggest of such and have been in the past. It's not something to be proud of but sometimes it gets the bills paid.
Saying that there is always someone worse off is just saying "I have no argument." Everybody knows there are people in poverty in third-world countries. It's not our fault we weren't born there and that we generally like to point out what we think sucks about our existence. I'm sure they do it too and might get told the same thing, "So-and-so down the street is worse off."
That's not the point, let me complain. Thanks.
I'm all for being positive and stuff, but sometimes a person just isn't that sort of person.
Of course Jordan complains, but he does have enjoyment in his time so we know it isn't all a giant fiery existence of blackness. His cynicism is who he is or at least how he is. There is nothing more wrong with that than there is right. It's just as it is.
And I say this in the nicest way possible, trying to get my message across in the clearest fashion. I've noticed my way of euphemisms seem to haze the message up. :D

I have always wanted to say that. Of course there is always going to be "someone worse off" than another in the eyes of someone. The thing is what make people happy varies from person to person. For example, Bill may be a millionair but he may not have any friends, which makes him sad, while at the same time Joe has a lot of friend but is so dirt poor he stuggles to feed himself everyday. In this Joe will envy Bill because his rich, but at the same time Bill wishes he could have friends. Weak example I know, but it gets the job done.

The difference here is that Jordan can basically change if he wants to, but like he says he's just "too lazy", so I think that that kinda takes away his right to complain, or it at least makes his complaining just seem irritating because all you (well at least I) wanna say is "well then do something about it". I just don't see any point in complaining...everyone likes to complain sometimes (even me)...but constant complaining about how life sucks especially when you're life is better than 95% of the world, just doesn't seem right. And this isn't really the case of Joe and Bill...if we take Jordan and compare him to some poor starving kid in Africa it would be like Jordan has money, African kid is poor. Jordan is healthy, African kid has aids, malaria, is extremely thin. Jordan has friends, African kid has nobody, no family, no friends, nobody. Jordan has a place to live, African kid has nothing. Jordan has a growing collection of records, African kid has a growing collection of diseases...so the African kid really has nothing that Jordan could be envious of... I'm not saying it's a competition or that the little African kid should get an award for being worse-off...the thing is (I don't know this for a fact) the poor little African kid probably doesn't really complain that much, because that's just the way it is, he doesn't really know any different...however, Jordan, and many many other people who are fairly well-off are the ones complaining, which really doesn't make much sense. I know that's just the way you (Jordan) are, but sometimes you say things that are more than just complaining...like "I want to die" and stuff That's just silly...regular complaining doesn't bother me, but the emo complaining does so if you're not going to stop then at least don't say stuff like that in front of me please It often brings me down P.S. The snow is melty or icey, so either we'll have to wait until it snows again so we can fight, or I'll just come over and kick the shit outta you with or without snow muwhahaha

Trust me the last thing you can call me is heathy, yes I know, I may not have "a collection of diseases" but I am not what one would call heathy. Winter will prove that, let me break it down for you, just a list of things that will happen to prove how not healthy I am. Now some years I am lucky and avoid this whole thing, but other times, not so much. The cold weather will cause me to get sick, that sickness will cause my lungs to act up can therefor I need to start taking my inhaler, which causes me to have nosebleeds, in which my thin blood kicks in causing me to not stop bleeding in which case I may bleed myself out cold and need to go the the hospital in some cases, in the end it kicks starts my hypoglycemia to make me more weak than usual which futher leaves me open to more illnesses which usual lead to me getting blood tests and make the doctor go "umm, we don't know, but lets call it mono... but it's not mono... but we will treat it like it is mono" then I end up being sick (not just a cold type sickness, more serious) for longer than most people like to be.
That is just a quick run down of some little minor problems I have, don't even get me started on my psychological problems.
Now I know they are not as big and bad as the flesh eating virus that some people in thirdworld countries have, but as James said, I am really sorry that I was not lucky enough to be born there and share their pain. I feel it is only fare to make a comparison to a peer who lives in a similar environment, not someone who lives thousands of miles away in some other part of the world, in which case I could say "Damn I am jelous of Sunnz, he lives in Australia and can go see Ayres Rock any time he wants."
Staying on the topic of me apparently being the king of bitchyness, I am not always in a bad mood, I mean if I was then you would not be my friend. As for me having the "super power" of being able to just wake up one morning and just erase all of the problems in my life and dance around down like the guys in the viagra commertials, we already talked about that so I don't feel the need to repeat myself. Anyways the point is I am doing what I can to keep myself busy, after all why do you think I started my record collection, or even keep this site running, it gives me something to do so I don't just sit around and worry all day. Oh, and the pills I am taking help a little too.
However this is neither the time nor place to talk about such things, if you do wish to talk to me about it please do so in a more fitting way... aka not on my forum.
As far as a "shit kicking" goes, your foot can't even reach my ass, so good luck. You can't even keep a bible from falling on your foot let alone beat someone who is moving. You are all talk and no action.

That's all I'm going to say (but without the little smile, just the eye rolling bit) because otherwise this could turn into a big argument. And that doesn't mean I don't have anything to say back, I do, but I'm sure I could never make you change your mind so I've decided to give up and let you live your life the way you want to. Oh and by the way by healthy I meant that you could possibly live until you're at least middle aged and probably longer, whereas many people in third-world countries die before they're your age.
