well i was flipping through channals and i came across the discovory channal and this guy was talking about how they can use math to tell if a song is going to be a hit, or a miss by taking the lyric, beat, and other junk from the song, and turn them into some crap, then on a computer it generates "star clusters" if the song is in that cluster, they will be a hit, if not, they will not be a hit... pretty cool eh
