Okay okay I know what you're thinking. But one thing to change your mind: Danny Glover. It made me watch, and I found it quite worth it. :D
This movie was on after the second run of Secondhand Lions (and while I was still trying to pump life into my computer), but I watched it with my eyes that can see anything.
Basically Danny Glover coaches a team that just can't win. He gets extremely steamed over it. Then this little boy (that I've seen from another movie) goes to a game and sees actual Heaven angels appearing and helping the Angel players in the field to enhance their playing ability. I called total hax because that just can't be legal.
Anyways, I found it to be a funny movie. And actually the only time I've been captivated in any shape way or form by baseball (it actually got intense when Tony Danza was pitching to make or break the game and was like dying).
I give Angels in the Outfield an official rating of 3.5/5 hobbit feet.
Seeing Glover get all steamed made me scream "DON'T DO IT RIGGS!"

I remember seeing this when I was younger and like a month ago. It wasn't a bad movie but I think 3.5 hobbit feet is to generious of a rating.
The kid also played Tommy on 3rd Rock From The Sun.

Maybe it was just Danny Glover, but I found the movie quite enjoyable. Him alone made the movie worth watching. :D

I thought so too until I actually watched it.
I actually watched that "Tin Can" movie I think it's called with Kevin Costner from WATER WORLD since it was on after. I didn't see the whole thing though, but from what I saw it was better than I thought. No Happy Gilmore though. :D

Yeah I caught the ending to Tin Cup and couldn't really understand what was happening, then it was on again right after so I found something else to watch

I liked it. :D Costner got steamed at his caddy for telling him to take a safe shot with his 5 iron I think and Costner just snaps and him and snaps all his clubs over his knees but his trusty 7 iron and then gets a good score with just the 7 iron.
Maybe it's a golf thing. :D
