Well... my internet is only getting 300Kbps and it should be getting about 1100Kbps, oh and we are using telus. I tried rebooting the modem, releasing and renewing and resetting everything.

You mean when downloading?
You should consider yourself lucky if you download at 300kb/s. I'm lucky if i reach 150.
If you're unsatisfied with your downloads try other sites or different downloading programs.
If all fails, phone telus... I should actually do that, I have them but I don't get ungodly speeds.
EDIT: w00t w00t 1300 posts, go me!

1110kbps?
That's faster than a T1 line. I'm getting about 300kbps, very good for today's standards.

He meant 1100 Kilobits/s Divide by 8 (8 bits in a byte) to get the Kilobytes/s So that means he should of been getting 137.5kb/s, but in fact he was getting 37.5kb/s, close to 56k speeds.
How do you have a T1 line anyways?

T1 lines are mostly used for businesses or private networks.
