It has life time warrenty and is fully working. The ram is great for overclocking, I got it up to 225 FBS, 2.8v fully stable, and it is Cas 2.5,3,3,7. Samsung Ram 1GB (2x512mb)- Regular $134.19, mine $89.99 www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=9545&vpn=SAMSUNG3200-512M&manufacture=SamsungHad this ram for about 8 months, works perfectly. I haven't tried to overclock it but it is good and reliable.

You know, I'm interested.
I'm not sure if I have enough for them at the moment or which one I'd get. Though the second deal does strike me well, I have a tendency to totally ravage through computer parts. But I doubt only 8 months would do much to it. (Unless it was 8 months with me. :D)
While the top one sounds like a great deal too, I highly doubt I have that much laying around, and I usually just plug RAM into my computer and that's about it. :P If I overclock, it's usually set that way from the start, which is why my other RAM was fried. :P
I'll look into my computer and wallet (to make sure it's compatible with my motherboard and money).

I just counted my funds and unfortunately I don't have enough to get 'em. :(
Unless you have them up for a bit, I doubt I'll be able to help you out there. Sorry. :-/
