Well the cup finals are here and people seem excited for a rematch of last year... for no reason really.
As you may or may not know when it comes to NHL hockey Solid Pure Nonsense knows everything. Having said that I'd like to break it to Pens fans and general hockey fans watching this finals by saying there is no reason to get excited. Eventhough they say they are older and have what it takes to win the Penguins do not have what it takes to beat the Red Wings... and this is coming from someone who hates the Red Wings. The Red Wings, as they did last year, will shut down Crosby and Malkin leaving the Pens helpless as Fleury is known for falling in big games (world juniors anyones?)
The one thing the Pens have going for them is the fact that Osgood is not as good as everyone makes him out to be, he just has a good team in front of him. Everyone is talking about how the Red Wings have injured players which the Pens will take advantage of, however as they showed against the Hawks, injury will not hold the Wings back from dominating their opponent. In the end the Wings are just a far better team in all areas and it will show when they win the series in 6 games again. Each game will be close checking by the Wings and lack the break out excitement everyone is giving it.
I'm sure on one cares about any of this, but I just wanted it to be known that while most people are making a fuss over nothing, I have a brain.
Sorry this is poorly written and short I'm in a world of pain and on a laptop... In conclusion The Score should hire me.

Woot, go Detroit, although I would have preferred it to be Boston that held the cup.

By the way when I said 6 games I meant it was Pit's best chance... odds are it will be in 4 or 5. No more than 6

Meh, I was still right about every other outcome... other than Canes vs Devils... that blew my mind... I did call all three first round sweeps though... Grr I should really write this stuff down for proof.
