The only way to become a Admin or GM is
1) to win a contest in which has that as a prize
2) we feel you have been here long enough and you post enough to be one
if i think of any other ways ill add them here

Well, just as a random statistic, Spam is the main type of posts that are being posted for the most part in the forums, but seeing it keeps this place alive, its a good thing, also seeing it doesn't bother any of us, its nothing negative. :D
