It has come to my attention that some video ideas I have in mind may be too big to be placed on the website, due to the 5mb limit. As a solution to this problem I am going to introduce "Youtube exclusive" videos, the links will still be posted on the video page, however rather than a download link they will lead right to the video on our Youtube page.
Of course there are positive and negitive aspects to this, the positive being much less work for myself, rather than creating a new site for every video all I have to do is upload and link.
However the down side is the new lack of ability to download our videos, which may actually increase views as I've been told by several people that it is a rather large hassle to download a video onto their computer just to watch it.
Now I know that some people may be upset at the idea of the "Youtube exclusive" video but in the long run I feel it's a step forward rather than backwards.

Actually there are plugins and other such dee-lees that you can use to download videos from sites like Youtube.
I use them for things I really like and that often disappear fast.
Don't fret our loyal video downloaders!

go to firefox site
go to plugin search box and type in "download"
get "downloadhelper"
ta daa

I dread firefox.
It's been too long, I completely forget if I can download it without it taking over as my main internet, I guess I'll have to look into that and use it simply for downloading of Youtube.

Good, when I have free time, and Greg's not downloading I'll look into it... however I can only find a time like that around half past impossible.

Somehow I don't think that's going to run on anything I have installed on my computer, nor is it going on my Ipod any time soon. |

I don't think it converts, but it does play .FLV just dandy fine.

Don't care about that, I want to convert them to files I can put on my Ipod, if I want to watch them on my computer I'll go on youtube.
