Ok so i noticed that ever since Naruto episode one they have avoided the word "Kill" until last week
so whats the deal with this switching on and off of language.. i don't understand why people are saying i will destroy you one minute and im going to kill you the next...
Anyways i thought i would express my disliking towards the words destroy or finish directed to another character in the show when the word Kill would do so much more...
Feel free to discuss

But Naruto doesn't kill people, he just beats the crap out of them. So it should actually be destroy.

No, like Zabuza, he never said he killed hundreds of people, he says something like he destoryed them

Are you 100% sure about that? Maybe you didn't hear it properly.

im pretty sure he did not because James and I pointed out how he left out lines. For exaple when he is talking about the "final test" he took to become a ninja, in the original version he says kill a bunch of times, in the english he uses words like destroy and junk

This is done with many dubbed animé. They destroy the word "kill" and replace it with "destroy". :D
It just sounds silly if you see the Japanese version first. Destroy seems like such a child's word after that.

Well for some reason the last 3 or 4 episodes they have been having a kill fest... every 2 seconds "Kill this, kill that"... rad
